RasClock support included in Raspbian

RasClock support is now included in the standard Raspbian build and only a single line needs to be added to /boot/config.txt to start using it. This will work for all versions of the RasClock and on all version of the Raspberry Pi, including the Raspberry Pi 2. Full instructions at http://afterthoughtsoftware.com/products/rasclock
